By accessing GitChat at https://gitchat.doganddev.eu, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
1. Service
GitChat provides real-time messaging for developers connected via GitHub. Features may change; beta features are provided as-is.
2. Account
You must sign in with a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with GitHub's terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use GitChat for spam, harassment, illegal content, malware distribution, or attempts to breach security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant GitChat a limited license to host and display it solely to provide the service to you and your conversation participants.
5. Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed per active terms shown on the pricing page. Refunds follow the payment provider's policy unless required by law.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Personal data is not sold for commercial marketing unrelated to the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using GitChat at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or legal requirements.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in Belgium unless mandatory consumer protection in your country requires otherwise.
